Our Ranch is located 4.8 kms south of Olds, AB on the 2A Hwy. It is here where we run and operate a closed herd of 130 cows/calves. For over thirty years we have been guided by two key principles, conservation and preservation. These are the foundation cornerstones that have enabled our herd and land to flourish as one. Our Bison have taught us when you treat them with care and respect they will reward you in kind. We often ponder who's raising who.

Our bison are allowed to graze on the pastures year-round like they have always done. During winter months we put out bales of hay, free-choice minerals, and salt licks to make sure their needs are met. They are given no added growth hormones or antibiotics and we never finish the bison on grains to fatten them up quicker. We are in no hurry.

HGB BISON MEAT SHOP
We have opened a retail bison meat shop right here on the ranch. You can choose from over 55 various cuts of FRESH & FROZEN all-natural, grass-fed bison. Individually vacuum packed to seal in the freshness and stored in display coolers-freezers for ease of shopping. We harvest only prime animals from our herd. Meat is Provincially inspected and processed locally. We take great pride in the meat that we offer and know you will be very pleased as well.
We are easy to get to with plenty of parking and turn around space for all types of vehicles.
